All prices are per person per day in a twin/double sharing.
Single occupancy of a double room surcharge of £15.00 per day.
There is a £5 per day per animal supplement for dogs staying at the hotel.

During the summer season, week end bookings will be subject to a minimum two night stay.

No Children under seven in the dining-room or bar area in the evenings. Early suppers can be arranged for children from between 6:00 - 6:30pm.

Dog's are welcome with prior arrangement and are charged at £5 per animal per day. No dogs are allowed in the Glenlivet or Tomintoul Suites.

If afternoon tea is required, please book when making your reservation. Afternoon tea will be charged at £15.00 per person for residents and £20.00 per person for non-residents.

It would be much appreciated if dinner is booked and then not required, that 24 hours notice is given where possible.

requirements in detail.

A deposit for the first day's accommodation is payable to confirm the booking. Payments made by credit card over the phone/email/fax will require the cards security code and full postal address for statements to protect the hotel and the true card holderfrom any fraudulent use.

Cancellation Policy

Should you unfortunately need to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:

4 weeks plus notice prior to arrival                             Full refund of deposit
3 weeks                                                                     75% refund
2 weeks                                                                     50% refund
1 week                                                                       25% refund
Less than 1 week                                                         No refund

Fishing Tariff

Salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Avon and three miles of the River Livet.
Minmore House has two rods on the River Avon available for Hotel guests, with one reserved house rod for occasional use.

River Avon:

April £30.00 per rod per day
May, August and September £340.00 per rod per week
June and July £395.00 per rod per week

River Livet:

April - September                                   £10.00 per rod per day
